Blini or Mlynci, same as Pancakes

Ingredients

0.5 l milk
2 eggs
2 table spoons oil
1 table spoon sugar
200 g flour
2 teaspoon baking powder (or 1 teaspoon slaked baking soda)
pinch of salt

Preparation

Whisk eggs with sugar and salt, add oil and mix. Then add milk and mix thoroughly. Then add baking powder (soda) and flour, and whisk or mix with mixer. The pancake dough is ready.

Let’s start frying. Heat the griddle and smear it a bit with oil. Pour the sufficient quantity of dough in the centre (depends on the griddle), turn it around in the air for the dough to spread evenly. When the pancake lower part is lightly brown, turn the pancake upside down. Fry on the other side shortly, appr. 10-15 sec. Take the pancake off the griddle and put onto a big flat plate.

You will get 15-16 pancakes with diameter of 21 cm out of the given ingredients. Such pancakes taste both with jam, honey, different stuffing, and without any.
